The Staff
Sue
My name is Sue Dixon and I am your Play Leader. I am NNEB trained and
have worked at Ramsbury Pre-School for 11 years.
I have also been a nanny and a child minder. I live in Ramsbury and I'm
married to Tim. We have four children who's ages range between 15 and
22 years old. In my spare time I enjoy singing in our local band
Premium Banana.
Karen
My name is Karen Way and I am Deputy Supervisor and the Special
Education Needs Co-ordinator. My qualifications include NVQ3 in Early
Years and Education, a diploma in child psychology, Level 4 NCFE child
psychology, food hygiene and child protection. I am also currently
attending Swindon College to study for a Foundation Degree in Early
Years.
I enjoy working with children and my hobbies include walking, cycling
and gardening.
Rosemarie
My name is Rosemarie Court and I am an Advanced Play Assistant and
Health and Safety Advisor. I have worked at Pre-School since 2002. I
have two girls who both went to Ramsbury pre-School and then to
Ramsbury primary school. I moved to Ramsbury, from Marlborough, in
1990. My qualifications include: First Aid, NVQ2 in Early Years Care
and Education, NVQ 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development,
Level 2 in Health and Safety in the workplace. I also have level 2 in
sing-along. Food Safety in Catering and Child Protection. Out of
pre-school I run the local Youth Club and enjoy helping with local fund
raising.
Heather
My name is Heather Sendall and I am married with a daughter of primary
school age and we also have a black cat. We have lived in Ramsbury for
eight years and very much enjoy family life here. I have been a Play
Assistant at Ramsbury pre-school since 2009 and love working with the
children. I particularly enjoy arts and crafts and being a team member
again.
Gill
My name is Gill Denton, I live in Hungerford with
my Husband Richard. I have two children and four grandchildren between
the ages of nearly 3 and 7. I started working at Ramsbury Preschool in
April this year and love working with the children. I have worked in an
office for many years so this is a complete change of occupation for
me. I am hoping to complete some training in the future. My hobbies are
looking after my lovely grandchildren, walking, knitting, gardening and
embroidery.
